A memorandum of understanding and a cooperation agreement was signed at the end of the 5th Iran Pharma 2023 International Exhibition worth more than 200,000 $ with the private sector of Turkey. According to the public relations report of the 5th Iran Pharma 2023 International Exhibition, this is an agreement between Mayan Gostar Shimi Dey from Iran and Sarema global Sağlık Kimya Kozmetik Sanayi iç ve diş Ticaret from Turkey regarding the exclusive import of some special brands as well as reputable Merck and Sigma brands from the Turkish representative was signed.
According to Ganjineh Nafis magazine: Hamid Reza Afshari, the CEO of Mayan Gostar Shami Day Company, in an interview with the public relations of the exhibition, referring to the company’s latest measures to attract investment in upcoming projects, and turning it into an international holding, said: The working policy of Mayan Gostar Shimi D Group in the 13th government has been to make maximum use of the financing capacity from within and to exploit the investment capacity abroad. Thus, in order to speed up this matter, we tried to sign direct contracts with companies operating in the countries of the region, and in this way, follow up and develop the development of our offices abroad in the form of an official memorandum.
The CEO of the complex also stated: In addition to this issue, we have had detailed memorandums with other foreign countries such as China, India, and England for the development of these international cooperations, and we are trying to increase the investment of new memorandums by the end of 2024 with the mentioned countries to establish our offices there.
